GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. This document (Terms and Conditions) governs the terms and conditions of sales concluded between a person wishing to make purchases on the website https://lanomobler.dk/, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”, and (“LANO MEBLE” SIWIK CEZARY, Tyble 43C, 98-420 Sokolniki, POLAND, VAT: PL6190013551, REGON: 100363308, e-mail: info@lanomobler.dk), hereinafter referred to as “LANO MOBLER”.
  2. LANO MOBLER provides access to https://lanomobler.dk/ and sells its products to you on the terms and conditions set out on this page. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the website. By using and shopping in the online store, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  3. These Terms & Conditions apply when you place an order or purchase goods on the website. The Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time; therefore, you are requested to accept them each time you make a purchase.
  4. If we amend our terms, consents or policies in a way that materially affects you and your purchased services, we will notify you by e-mail.
  5. If you do not accept the Terms & Conditions, you may not place orders or purchase goods on the website.
  6. The online shop is open 24 hours a day; however, it may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.

ELECTRONIC SERVICES

  1. The Seller provides the following electronic services to the Customer free of charge via the online shop:
    • Account;
    • The ability for the Customer to place orders and conclude purchase agreements in accordance with these Terms & Conditions;
    • The use of a shopping basket;
    • Newsletter.
  2. Use of the Account is possible once the Customer has completed the following steps:
    • Completion of the registration form and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions;
    • Clicking the “Register” button.
  3. The following data are required in the registration form: first name and surname, e-mail address and a password defined by the Customer.
  4. The service agreement is concluded when the following conditions are jointly met: (i) proper completion and submission of the registration form by the Customer, and (ii) acceptance of the Terms & Conditions. The Account is provided free of charge for an indefinite period.
  5. The Seller may refuse to register an Account if the Customer violates the provisions set out in point 15 below.
  6. The use of the shopping basket begins when the Customer adds the first product to it. The shopping basket is a one-off service provided free of charge and expires once the Customer places an order or ceases ordering. Depending on available functions, the basket may store information about selected products after the browsing session has ended; however, this does not guarantee availability of such products at a later date.
  7. The Seller provides a newsletter service consisting of sending information related to the Seller’s activity, including commercial information, to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
  8. Subscription to the newsletter via the website constitutes consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose.
  9. Graphic elements and content sent as part of the newsletter are protected by copyright or other rights vested in the Seller or third parties. Reproduction or use other than for personal use may constitute an infringement of such rights.
  10. The Seller may use third-party service providers to distribute the newsletter.
  11. The newsletter service is provided for an indefinite period.
  12. The Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending an e-mail to info@lanomobler.dk.
  13. Upon cancellation, the Seller will cease sending newsletters to the Customer.
  14. The Customer may resubscribe to the newsletter at any time.
  15. The Customer is obliged in particular to:
    • Provide only accurate, up-to-date and complete data and promptly update any changes;
    • Use the electronic services in a manner that does not disrupt the operation of the online shop;
    • Use the services in compliance with applicable law, these Terms & Conditions and accepted social standards;
    • Keep login credentials confidential and not disclose them to unauthorised persons. The Seller shall not be liable for loss of data caused by breach of this obligation.
  16. The Seller may terminate the service agreement for valid reasons, including:
    • Use of services contrary to their intended purpose;
    • Customer activity violating public morality, encouraging violence or infringing third-party rights;
    • Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  17. Termination shall be sent to the Customer’s e-mail address.
  18. The notice period for both parties is 14 days. Termination results in deletion of the Account.

PRICES / ORDERS

  1. All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK). Delivery and shipping costs may vary and are added per order. The total price, including VAT and all applicable charges, is always shown before you place your order.
  2. Prices displayed on the website are valid at the time of purchase and may change without notice, but changes do not affect accepted orders.
  3. All upholstered furniture dimensions may be stated in centimetres with a tolerance of ±5 cm depending on upholstery type.
  4. You must be at least 18 years old to shop at https://lanomobler.dk/.
  5. Orders may be placed:
    • Online via the website;
    • By e-mail to info@lanomobler.dk;
    • By telephone using the number provided on the website (English).
  6. To complete a purchase, the Customer must:
    • Select products and proceed to checkout;
    • Choose a delivery method;
    • Enter personal details;
    • Select a payment method and accept the Terms & Conditions;
    • Review and confirm the order.
  7. After clicking “Complete payment”, an order confirmation will be displayed and sent by e-mail. The Seller shall confirm receipt of the order within two working days.
  8. The Customer may amend or cancel the order until it has been accepted for processing.
  9. If order confirmation is not possible due to incorrect customer details, the order will be cancelled within three working days.
  10. A purchase agreement is concluded once the Seller confirms acceptance by e-mail.
  11. Contracts are concluded in Danish.
  12. Order processing times vary by product and quantity and are displayed during checkout.

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Electronic payments are available via methods offered on the website.
  2. Available payment options include:
    • Stripe (Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA, Giropay, credit cards, iDEAL);
    • PayPal;
    • Klarna;
  3. Bank transfer is also available (details provided at checkout).

DELIVERY

  1. Orders are delivered within Denmark.
  2. Delivery is made to the address specified by the Customer.
  3. The Customer bears return shipping costs if delivery fails due to incorrect address details.
  4. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
  5. Delivery times are shown on product pages.
  6. Order processing takes up to 21 working days from order confirmation.
  7. If products are unavailable, delivery may be extended by up to 30 working days, with notification by e-mail.
  8. If packaging appears damaged, the Customer should refuse delivery and notify the Seller.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

  1. Under Danish law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases.
  2. The Seller voluntarily extends the withdrawal period to 60 days.
  3. The withdrawal period begins on the day the final item is received.
  4. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify the Seller by a clear statement sent by post or e-mail.
  5. Goods must be returned within 14 days of notification.
  6. Custom-made goods and sealed hygiene items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

COMPLAINTS

  1. Complaints may be submitted to info@lanomobler.dk.
  2. You are entitled to a 24-month warranty under Danish law.
  3. The right to complain does not apply to damage caused by misuse.
  4. If the complaint is justified, reasonable return costs will be refunded.

FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. All website content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  2. The Seller shall not be liable for interruptions caused by force majeure.
  3. These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement.
  4. All agreements are governed by Danish law.
