ONLINE SHOP

When you visit our online shop, we process the following data to fulfil the contract concluded between you and LANO MOBLER:

• Orders without creating a customer account

When placing an order, you are required to provide the data necessary for order processing: full name, e-mail address, postal address (billing and delivery address, if different). These data are used solely to fulfil your order.

• Customer account / registration

You may create a customer account using your e-mail address and a password. This allows easier future access without re-entering your details. Your data are stored for as long as the account remains active. You may access, correct or request deletion of your data at any time.

• Storage of order data

Order-related data are retained for as long as required to complete the purchase and comply with statutory retention obligations.

• Complaints, returns and claims

We process your contact details and purchase history to handle returns, complaints and consumer rights claims. The legal basis is compliance with consumer protection legislation.

• Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your personal data will be processed for marketing purposes. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data may also be processed for analytical, statistical and claims-related purposes based on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
