ONLINE SHOP
When you visit our online shop, we process the following data to fulfil the contract concluded between you and LANO MOBLER:
- Orders without creating a customer account
When placing an order, you are required to provide the data necessary for order processing: full name, e-mail address, postal address (billing and delivery address, if different). These data are used solely to fulfil your order.
- Customer account / registration
You may create a customer account using your e-mail address and a password. This allows easier future access without re-entering your details. Your data are stored for as long as the account remains active. You may access, correct or request deletion of your data at any time.
- Storage of order data
Order-related data are retained for as long as required to complete the purchase and comply with statutory retention obligations.
- Complaints, returns and claims
We process your contact details and purchase history to handle returns, complaints and consumer rights claims. The legal basis is compliance with consumer protection legislation.
