Returning a LANO bed in five steps

 

60-day return policy

We understand how important the decision to choose a bed for your child is, which is why we have extended our return period to 60 days. We want to give you the opportunity to get to know our product better and enjoy it fully. You do not need to provide a reason for your decision, although we appreciate any feedback that may help us improve our products and services.

Return your LANO bed in 5 simple steps:

1. Inform us by e-mail that you wish to return the product
Download the form below, complete it and send it to biuro@lanomeble.pl or complaint@lanofurniture.com.

2. We agree on a collection date for your LANO bed
We will inform you of the day on which we can collect the bed. Two days before the agreed date, we will contact you to confirm the collection date and time .

3. Prepare the product for transport
Pack the LANO bed in the same way it was delivered. Make sure it is properly protected for transport, preferably in the original LANO packaging.

4. Wait for the collection day
On the agreed day, we will collect the bed using our own transport . It is your responsibility to carry the packed product down to the vehicle.

5. You receive your refund
Your money will be refunded to the bank account specified in the return form.

 

Frequently asked questions:

 

1. How do I inform LANO that I want to make a return?
You can inform us of your intention to return your LANO bed by sending an e-mail to biuro@lanomeble.pl or complaint@lanofurniture.com.

2. How quickly will I receive a response to my return e-mail?
We will respond to your e-mail within a maximum of 2 days after receipt. Collection will take place within a maximum of 2 weeks.

3. What information do I need to provide when returning a LANO bed?
In response to your e-mail, we will send you a return form containing all required information. Useful details include, among others: order number, first name, surname and address.

4. How should I prepare the product for return?
The returned product must be packed and protected for transport in the original LANO packaging.

5. How quickly will LANO collect my product?
We will collect the product no later than 2 weeks after receiving the completed return form.

6. Will the full amount of my order be refunded?
The refund does not include delivery and assembly costs, as these services have already been performed.
